Your replacement request exceeds the 6 Month Warranty Policy.

All sales are final. No exchanges for sizes can be made. Our warranty includes a one-time replacement for all defects including broken clasps, spotted tarnishing and/or loss of stones. Due to the nature of jewelry— please be sure to properly care for all surf jewels. While they are durable, they are waterproof — not indestructible.

Please note: All uploaded photos must be clear, legible, and untampered with. Blurry or low-quality images will result in denial of the claim. Additionally, the details on the receipt in the submitted photo must match the information we have on file. Thank you for ensuring your photos meet these requirements.
